High-power laser plate beam splitter

Plate-type beam splitter for high-power lasers.

Depending on the application, cube beam splitters may not be suitable, and instead, plate beam splitters are used. For the highest levels of wavefront and power handling, conventional coated plate types such as BK7 or fused silica are excellent choices. Spectral Optics offers various R/T ratios of standard plate beam splitters, all coated with dielectric coatings. These are designed for specific wavelengths and polarizations (S-polarized, P-polarized, or unpolarized), at 45° (or other incident angles). The backside is treated with anti-reflective (AR) coating.

Plate-type beam splitter

Not only can we separate light, but we can also design and manufacture unpolarized beam splitters!

This product is a plate-type beam splitter used to separate incoming light into two components by reflecting part of the light and transmitting the rest. It can be used not only for "neutral separation," represented by half mirrors, and "two-color separation," which reflects a specific wavelength range while transmitting the rest, but also for manufacturing polarization beam splitters that separate p-polarized and s-polarized light from the incident light. There are prism types and plate types available. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for use in the ultraviolet range, or when laser resistance and heat resistance are required. ■ Design and manufacturing of non-polarizing beam splitters are also possible. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
